Spencer Short

Spencer Short started dancing at the age of 2 at Northshore Academy of Dance in Covington, Louisiana. During the 14 years she attended NAD, she was trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary. Spencer was on dance team throughout junior high and high school. While in high school, she was on a UDA dance team and competed at the National Dance Team Championship at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida where their routines appeared on ESPN.

While on dance team, Spencer has taught at camps and she has also given private jazz technique lessons specializing in leaps, turns, and kicks for dance team auditions.

After high school, Spencer went on to attend college at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg studying Accounting. She currently resides in Waxahachie with her boyfriend and their son. Spencer is excited to share her love for dance in a positive and inspiring environment.
