Join us to refine your leaps, turns, and overall dance technique with a 1.5-hour Technique Workshop on Friday, October 3rd! Kaisa is a nationally acclaimed, YPAD-certified, award-winning choreographer, instructor, director, and adjudicator recognized for her sharp versatility across genres and her focus on technical excellence. Her work is featured nationwide, including YAGP Top 12 soloists, YAGP 2022 Semifinalist, WBAC Grand Prix top soloists and Best Choreographer award, National Champions, and District Champions across studios, schools, and companies.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the performing arts, Kaisa has directed and built programs for multiple companies, including The Dallas Conservatory - Castle Hills and Millennium Dance Complex - Dallas. She has also instructed for Dallas Summer Musicals Academy, directed numerous studio companies, and developed programs from the ground up. Her students have gone on to become professional dancers, choreographers, college dance team coaches, and artistic directors. Her passion lies in mentoring pre-professional dancers pursuing careers in the arts, while also inspiring recreational dancers to grow in skill, confidence, and joy. She emphasizes mental health, resilience, and empowerment as key values in her teaching and choreography.
