Andrea Nutting

Andrea has been dancing since the age of four years old. She took studio dance from age 4-18 and specialized in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, clogging, lyrical, and modern. She was an assistant dance teacher for five years through her studio. Throughout middle and high school, she was part of the drill team at Midlothian, and served as Squad Leader in 2013-14 and Social Officer in 2016-17. In drill team she specialized in pom, jazz, kickline, and hip hop styles of dance. Her dance experience extended to collegiate level as she was also part of the Spirit Squad as a Patriot Dancer at The University of Texas at Tyler. During her time on the Spirit Squad she served as Gameday Leader. In college, she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Minors in Music and Health Studies. She is currently practicing as a pediatric registered nurse, and in graduate school to complete her Master of Science in Nursing Education degree.
